* wip: adding first version of the IJEPA model card.
* refactor based on the @stevhliu feedbacks
* refactor:
- revert the accidental removal of the autodoc api description and the image reerece architecture
- general context updation.
* - changes of model for example quantization.
- merging the quantization content.
