🚨 Bump min kernels to 0.17.2 for better fallback (#49235) * [Kernels] Fall back to the original forward when a kernel cannot be loaded With `use_kernels=True`, a mapped kernel whose repo has no build for the current hardware made `from_pretrained` fail with a FileNotFoundError instead of keeping the original layer. kernels 0.18 adds `KernelizeFallback.ALL` (huggingface/kernels#848), which also falls back on loading errors; pass it to `kernelize` when available. * better default ! * up * up * update * better test
