FIX CIS: bump mistral-7b / ministral-8b logit tolerance
Mistral-7B drift is sub-1e-3 (loosen 1e-4 → 1e-2). Ministral-8B drift is
~0.1 in MEAN and ~0.07 in SLICE due to attention-kernel + RMSNorm fp32
upcast changes; loosen to 2e-1 since the slice values are very tight
already.
