95cffbbd - [InternVL] Add ("cuda", 8) entries to all Expectations blocks

[InternVL] Add ("cuda", 8) entries to all Expectations blocks After removing ("cuda", 7) entries, blocks with only xpu/rocm keys left cuda sm_80 with no match (ValueError) or the wrong rocm fallback.
