[WIP] Add ZeroShotObjectDetectionPipeline (#18445) (#18930) * Add ZeroShotObjectDetectionPipeline (#18445) * Add AutoModelForZeroShotObjectDetection task This commit also adds the following - Add explicit _processor method for ZeroShotObjectDetectionPipeline.
