[NFC][SYCL][Graph] Remove immediate command-list lit runs (#19480)
Closes https://github.com/intel/llvm/issues/19467 by removing the extra
run lines in Graph E2E tests forcing immediate command-lists to off an
on. This is superfluous after the switch to make the V2 L0 adapter
default.
