a281280a - Remove non-existent 'Skipped Tests' category from test output

Remove non-existent 'Skipped Tests' category from test output LIT does not generate 'Skipped Tests (N):' section - only Unsupported and Expectedly Failed. The 'Skipped' statistic is a sum of multiple categories but does not have its own test list.
