[SYCL][E2E][bindless-images] `vulkan_interop/unsampled_images_timeline_semaphore.cpp` test replacement (#21691) This PR replaces `vulkan_interop/unsampled_images_timeline_semaphore.cpp` with new test which covers tiimeline semaphores for vulkan with images which follows new format of testing bindless images interop and uses new common `vulkan_setup.hpp`
