[SYCL][CI][diagnostic] Run adapter-identity trace, drop cdb/WER machinery Crash site is already known from the in-process symbolized stack. Replace the cdb/WER/reg setup with a simple run that sets SYCL_TRACE_ADAPTER_UAF (my getenv takes the path verbatim -- no UR ':' parsing issue) and uploads the resulting adapter-identity trace plus the console crash stack.
