fix(routing): guard bluesnapMcaId assignment in ListMcaByMid response.body[3] is undefined when only stripe+adyen connectors are created (routing Bootstrap). The unconditional access crashed all list-mca-by-mid calls and cascaded to 52 test failures. Co-Authored-By: Paperclip <noreply@paperclip.ing>
