feat(deja): record/replay instrumentation at storage, redis, HTTP, and crypto boundaries Feature-gated (deja) capture/substitute seams at the persistence (diesel / storage_impl), Redis, outbound-HTTP (external_services), and crypto / encryption boundaries, plus request-id correlation. Deja is consumed as a rev-pinned git dependency. The v2 clippy/check recipes exclude the v1-only deja feature. Inert when the feature is disabled.
