feat(cypress): add Affirm PayLater test coverage
- Add Affirm connector config (cypress/e2e/configs/Payment/Affirm.js)
- Update Utils.js: AFFIRM_PAY_LATER=['affirm'], add 'affirm' to PAY_LATER
- Add Affirm test contexts to 43-PayLater.cy.js (Full/Partial Refund flows)
- Add affirmPayLaterRedirection function in redirectionHandler.js
• Keeps original payLaterRedirection completely untouched
• Handles Affirm step automation (phone, pin, plan, review)
• Stops recursion when return URL is reached (else-branch)
- Add cy.handleAffirmRedirection() command in commands.js
