Fixed the link to promptlayer dashboard (#2246)
Fixed a simple error where in the PromptLayer LLM documentation, the
"PromptLayer dashboard" hyperlink linked to "https://ww.promptlayer.com"
instead of "https://www.promptlayer.com". Solved issue #2245
