089227fe - Support inline diagnostics in CommandReturnObject (#110901)

Support inline diagnostics in CommandReturnObject (#110901) and implement them for dwim-print (a.k.a. `p`) as an example. The next step will be to expose them as structured data in SBCommandReturnObject.
