[SPARC] Treat %g0 as a constant in the delay slot pass (#234152) This allows instructions such as clr, that reads %g0, to be moved past a compare, that writes to %g0, and into a delay slot. %g0 is always 0, so there is no dependency. Assisted-by: Claude
