[flang] Allow fir.field_index and fir.coordinate_of speculation. (#179785) This change makes `fir.field_index` a Pure operation, and add support of `ConditionallySpeculatable` interface for `fir.coordinate_of`. The test demonstrates how this affects Flang LICM.
