[AMDGPU] Stop adding implicit def of superreg in copyPhysReg (#125255) Previously when copyPhysReg expanded a COPY into multiple MOV instructions it added an implicit def of the destination superreg to the first MOV. Removing these does not cause any liveness verification problems and still passes Vulkan CTS for correctness testing.
