[lldb-dap][NFC] Minor rename As a minor follow up for https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/97675, I'm renaming `SupportsExceptionBreakpoints` to `SupportsExceptionBreakpointsOnThrow` and adding a `SupportsExceptionBreakpointsOnCatch` to have a bit of more granularity.
