Reapply "[LoopUnroll] Support parallel reductions for minmax" (#201010) Reapplies 1e79ea1f5b3e (#182473) reverted by 56ccbc253150 (#200892). The revert was due to a profcheck failure: prof-verify reported "select annotation missing" on the combine select createMinMaxOp emits for FP fcmp+select min/max. This patch fixes it by marking the branch weights of newly inserted selects as explicitly unknown.
