Test recipe execution for vector types
This ensures that execute() and get(VPV, LaneIdx) give expected
results for "vector lanes".
This requires a slight adjustment to type asserts in
VPInstruction::execute to be safe for REVEC.
And ensure a value is correctly detected as "widened", even when
VF == VFScaleFactor
