[NFC] Update `LoopVectorize/predicator.ll` test
Align it with the style of `LoopVectorize/VPlan/predicator.ll`:
* Move ascii-graphs close to IR to avoid scrolling through CHECKs when
comparing the pictuare and actual IR
* Rename `%cN` to ensure that `bbN` branches on `%cN`
