Revert "Fix LLVM_ENABLE_ABI_BREAKING_CHECKS macro check: use #if instead of #ifdef" (#110310) Reverts llvm/llvm-project#110185 There are inconsistencies in some of these macros, which unfortunately isn't caught by a single upstream bot.
