Revert "[FunctionAttrs] deduce attr `cold` on functions if all CG paths call a `cold` function" This reverts commit b7eac8c6fea1ba3930d08011a0e5e3a262bfaece. Causing a test failure. Not 100% sure the issue so to reverting to unblock pipeline.
