[lldb][FreeBSD] Fix NativeRegisterContextFreeBSD_{arm,mips64,powerpc} declarations (#101403) Similar to #97796, fix the type of the `native_thread` parameter for the arm, mips64 and powerpc variants of `NativeRegisterContextFreeBSD_*`.
