[SLP] NFC. Replace MainOp and AltOp in TreeEntry with InstructionsState. (#120198) Add TreeEntry::hasState. Add assert for getTreeEntry. Remove the OpValue parameter from the canReuseExtract function. Remove the Opcode parameter from the ComputeMaxBitWidth lambda function.
