[X86] combineX86ShufflesRecursively - iteratively peek through bitcasts to free subvector widening/narrowing sources. (#134701) Generalizes the existing code to repeatedly peek though mixed bitcast/insert_subvector/extract_subvector chains to find the source of the shuffle operand.
