[NFC][analyzer] Conversion to CheckerFamily: CStringChecker (#150971) This commit converts the class CStringChecker to the checker family framework and slightly simplifies the implementation. This commit is NFC and preserves the confused garbage descriptions and categories of the bug types (which was inherited from old mistakes). I'm planning to clean that up in a follow-up commit.
