[clang][bytecode] Use bytecode interpreter in EvaluateAsLValue (#158038) Set the EvalMode on InterpState and abort when initalizing a global temporary, like the current interpreter does. The rest is just plumbing in EvaluateAsLValue. Fixes #157497
