MC: Merge MCSection*.cpp into MCAsmInfo*.cpp To centralize assembly-related functions to MCAsmInfo and move toward making MCSection non-virtual. MCSection*.cpp files primarily define printSwitchToSection, which is tighly related to MCAsmInfo.
