[llvm-cxxfilt] update docs to reflect #106233 (#165709)
It looks like the documentation for `llvm-cxxfilt`'s
`--[no-]strip-underscore` options weren't updated when
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/106233 was made.
