[AMDGPU][NFC] Precommit tests for single-bit test selects (#236915) Add tests for selects of a single-bit test, both scalar and in the <2 x i32> form SLP produces for d ^= (g & (1 << i)) ? v[i] : 0. A divergent bit currently costs v_and_b32, v_cmp and v_cndmask_b32, plus an s_nop on gfx942.
