[AArch64][SME] Fix naming of FMLA_VG2_M2Z4Z_H -> FMLA_VG2_M2Z2Z_H instruction. NFC. Looks like this one is the odd one out. Doesn't affect any functionality and now matches the naming convention of the other type variants.
