[LAA] Use EarliestEscapeAnalysis for alias queries. (#228179) Using EarliestEscapeAnalysis improves results in a number of cases, where we are able to rule out aliasing for pointers that only escape after the loop. This removes unneeded memory runtime checks in a large number of cases in https://github.com/dtcxzyw/llvm-opt-benchmark-nightly/pull/1554.
