[AtomicExpand] Preserve denormal-mode metadata when copying atomics (#232039) Copy !atomic.ignore.denormal.mode in copyMetadataForAtomic. When we scalarize an elementwise atomic, for example, we want to propagate this metadata so that the individual scalar atomics can ignore denormal mode.
