Remove test ignores to validate DS_DISABLE_REUSE_DIST_ENV fix
Run full test suite (except nvme tests) with DS_DISABLE_REUSE_DIST_ENV=1
to validate that disabling reuse_dist_env prevents pool worker hangs.
