Validate QLinearConv bias size against output channels (#31684) Add explicit QLinearConv bias-shape validation to require a 1D bias with length equal to output_channels (M). The check now runs in: - Compute(), before any requantization path can consume bias data - TryConvSymPrepack(), before column_sums_ reads bias by output channel Also add a regression test that uses M=4 with a 1-element bias tensor and verifies the kernel fails with a bias shape validation error.
