Update transformers and FlatBuffers Go example grpc dependency pins (#33501) ## Description - Update `transformers` requirement pins from `5.3.0` to `5.10.1` across the Python transformer tooling and test `requirements.txt` manifests. - Update `google.golang.org/grpc` to `v1.84.0` in the FlatBuffers Go greeter example `go.mod` files (`grpc/examples/go/greeter/{client,models,server}/go.mod`) via `cmake/patches/flatbuffers/flatbuffers.patch`. ## Motivation and Context Keep Python `transformers` and third-party Go module dependency manifests up to date with recent patched releases.
