Plumb version_file parameter through plugin-webgpu pipeline templates Replace the hardcoded plugin-ep-webgpu/VERSION_NUMBER path in set-plugin-build-variables-step.yml with a required version_file parameter, threaded from the top-level pipeline (epVersionFile variable) through the packaging stage down to each platform stage.
