Add package names for MSYS
Add names of MSYS system packages for various different SPKGs to make it
easier to find packages to install on MSYS. `_bootstrap` and `_prereq`
files are copied from their equivalents for Arch, and the rest are
generated through a combination of repology, checking the output of
`pacman`, and manual checking.
