Excel: support opening dropdowns from a cell's context menu. Once focus leaves the context menu, it is placed inside the open dropdown. Also, _getDropdown() on the WorkSheet NVDAObject had to be moved to the ExcelBase NVDAObject so it could be accessed by event_gainFocus.
