Several general improvements to spacing in the GUI.
Specifically:
* Ensure there is 10 px space between combo boxes and their labels.
* Ensure the label for a Text control is placed before it horizontally (not vertically) and that there is 10 px of space between them.
* Ensure that the label for a list is placed above it, not beside it.
* Ensure there is suitable vertical space under controls.
