1601a8dc - Do not use ITextDocument support for RichEdit controls by default as it is much too slow for large documents. However make sure to use it for Outlook Express / Windows Mail email fields as these fields can contain embedded objects. Eventually it would be good to have faster support for ITextDocument, but for now it is not good enough for a release.
