19743616 - MSHTML virtual buffer: MSHTML list box items don't have an IHTMLElement and might even be in a different window to the document, although it is always a descendant window. Therefore, change isNVDAObjectInVirtualBuffer() to handle this. This means that list box items will now be associated with the buffer. Fixes #343.
