Update translations from Crowdin (#19623)
Manual translation update since the workflow is broken.
Ran
```
uv run source/l10nutil.py -exportTranslations -o .
git add -u source/locale/**/*.py
git add -u user_docs/**/*.xliff
uv run pre-commit run
```
and unstaged the changes to `source/locale/ga/LC_MESSAGES/nvda.po`, as
it has errors.
