Language handler: add Burmese manually as it is not recognized in Windows 7 (#8545) * Language handler: add Burmese manually as it is not included in Windows 7. Burmese (my) is recognized starting with Windows 8. Because NVDA also runs on Windows 7, add this language manually. * What's new: add bug fix entry for Burmese+Windows 7. Re #8544.
