Strikethrough and double-strikethrough are now reported if appropriate in Microsoft Word. * Speech: add support for double strikethrough (strikethrough=double). Any other True value would be just strikethrough. * NVDAHelper winword support: add support for strikethrough and double strikethrough. Fixes #5800.
