Updated slovak symbols for 2025.2 (#18620)
Summary of the issue:
Updated slovak symbols.dic file
Description of user facing changes:
The symbols file has not been updated for a while, we have added some
more symbols to make sure we can better identify frequently used accents
and their variants.
