Very hacky, early prototype of support for MathML in Firefox.
You can use object navigation to get to an equation. The equation will be spoken and brailled in UEB. You can then use object navigation to navigate the equation hierarchically so you can read the equation in chunks.
Currently, only operators, fractions, superscripts and square roots are supported. Tested with the quadratic formula.
This requires the latex_access Python package and comtypes generated interfaces for Mozilla ISimpleDOM.
