In the Input Gestures dialog, the Windows key is correctly displayed when it is included in a gesture. KeyboardInputGesture.getDisplayNameTextForIdentifier wasn't handling NVDA's fake vk codes when checking for modifiers and VK_WIN is fake. Fixes #3628.
