IAccessibleHandler.processFocusNVDAEvent: double check that obj is an IAccessible NVDAObject before checking its IAccessibleFocusEventNeedsFocusedState property. No idea how, but occasionally on Windows 7, obj seems to be a UIA NVDAObject! At least for now, this change solves the bug in Windows 7 where NVDA would cause an exception when sometimes changing foreground windows.
